Slocombe's Pussy Kicks off 2012 with a Bang-er!

The Puss will get their 2012 rolling with a Sunday Tote BBQ on the 5th of February with Budd, Wicked City, Slocombe's Pussy, Spider Goat Canyon and Sun God Replica. Bangers hit the hot plate a 4pm so get along and make a meal of it! 
Sun God Replica start the afternoon with Link Meanie smashing out tunes from their debut album Primitive Clockwork. It is also Wicked City's first Oz show after a junket of sun, fun and rock-n-roll in Europe. Budd will be banging out the tunes of yesteryear from everyones favourite release Yak Fat so Chopsomefuckinwood!

Tattoo Show

The Tattoo show was great fun. Good to catch up with Adam and Ben again. Paul did fantastic projections and the twin drum attack was like a rumble from the bowels of Satan! Ken snapped a corker of Matt and Dan after the 'costume change'... Thanks to all those who came and big thanks to Baptism of Uzi and Yolke for playing too!

Pussy Members Play the Grand Organ

Jon and Paul with guitarist Nick Lane played a drone piece with accompaniment from the pipe organ at Melbourne Town Hall. The piece was called Wind vs Fire and involved two Baritone Guitars and Electric Bass Guitar.

Featuring Super Wild Horses, Harmony, The Bonniwells, Brat Farrar, Chook Race, Slocombe's Pussy and Richard Fyshwick & The Nuftys, the line-up has been built around the theme of Melbourne's 'exports and supergroups'.
